Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return
it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Any
returns received after 30 days from receipt of merchandise will be
subject to a 10% restocking fee. To return or exchange your purchase,
please wrap the item (must be unworn) in its original packaging, insure
it, and include the invoice you received with the shipment. Please
indicate the reason for return on the back of the invoice. When we
receive an item for exchange, we will immediately ship the replacement
item if it is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will contact
you by email or phone with the date the item will be available. You
will be responsible for all shipping charges. These charges will be
charged to the credit card used for the original order unless you
request a different card to be used. Please indicate if you are
returning the item due to manufacturer defect. Circle E will send the
item for inspection to the manufacturer and will then notify you via
email or phone when they hear back from the manufacturer and your
credit card will be credited if the return is allowed. Allow 2-3 weeks
for your return or exchange to be processed. Send your return or
